I looked at 10 to 20 exersaucers and read tons of reviews until I finally decided on this one. I personally liked the design [hubby says I picked it more for me than our girl! :)], plus I LOVE the fact that it has more than one function. Baby things are way too expensive, and since this one grows with her it's great! I haven't used the floorgym, since she already had one she loved, but she is at the exersaucer stage and having a blast. Didn't like it at first, but then I realized it was because she couldn't get close enough to anything to chew (and she was teething something horrible!). Once I dropped a toy or two on the table, she was happy as can be-the only thing, of course, is she winds up throwing those in the floor. Now she spins all the way around, playing for a good amount of time-sometimes longer than the "recommended" time but I've learned she gets more upset if we try to pull her out before she's done. We did end up switching the parrot and the dragonfly (the parrot kept whacking the tree with the butterflies). There are some battery-operated pieces, but our LO is just as happy if we don't turn them on even though there's no real interaction with them (with the exception of the croc). PLUS the music is not aggravating like some of the toys you hear! The globe and the croc do letters, shapes, and colors, which is obviously too advanced for a 6month old, BUT the next stage up is the table for standing, and according to the product info it can be used up to 24months. I'm extremely pleased: nothing is coming off that isn't supposed to, no springs have snapped, no paint is chipping off, and it's providing many many hours of entertainment for our baby-plus us watching her!

When you purchase this product you have to completely assemble the entire thing. That isn't a big deal for me but the instructions I got skipped a very HUGE piece of information and had I not had 4 children and set up 4 excersaucers before, I probably wouldn't have been able to figure it out. There are 3 sets of springs that you have to install. The largest set goes in towards the end. When you are assembling the brown peds to the to tray piece, you need to put the large springs in between them first before you put the four screws in. Other than than, the product is GREAT! I would have given 5 starts but they skipped that step which was very important. I have a 4 month old and she hates to be put down. She wont sit in a swing, bouncy chair or anything else for longer than 5 minutes before she gets upset. After I set up this exersaucer, she sat in it for over an hour and she absolutely loves it! I can slide it around my house and she it able to play and see me and see what I am doing which seems to make her happy. It also came with a mat so you could convert it into a floor mat for the baby to lay on and play with some of the toys that came with it. It also is able to be broken down and a table can be made out of it in an "S" figure. I haven't gotten that far yet because she is still too little but I know as she gets older and too big for the seat it will be a great little toy for her to stand and play with.

ExerSaucers promote learning through play and encourage your baby to engage in object exploration and tactile development and this ExerSaucer does just that. From even before my daughter was able to hold her head up on her own (with support from myself) I had her sitting in this unit. She really enjoyed seeing the lights from one of the components and listening to the sounds.
This ExcerSaucer helps your baby achieve important developmental milestones. This unit rocks, spins and bounces which provides baby with lots of excercise to help strengthen legs, back and neck muscles. What I love about it is that is has three stages of use, 11 age-appropriate toys and 3-position height adjustment grows with your baby.
Playmat – this can be used for babies who aren’t yet able to sit up and reach or see the components on the activity center. You can take the removable components from the center and set them onto the island piece to allow your baby to see and touch many of the toys without worrying that they will put anything in their mouth. Once my daughter was able to roll over, this playmat became pretty useless because she never wanted to lay, she just wanted to roll over and crawl but it was good while it lasted.
ExerSaucer – She love this center. It allows her to jump which she loves and of course, she loves to chew on all the parts. She also loves all the sights and sounds on it. You also remove the machine-washable seat pad which is great because you’re guaranteed to find lots of little food pieces stuck to it. The Take With Me Toys can be easily removed and used on other Evenflo items which is great because we have quite a few of them.
My daughter loves this. Many times she has spent over an hour in it just playing with everything it has to offer. She’s just starting to figure out the rattling noise that one of the birds makes which isn’t so great for me but she loves it. It’s a great entertainment system for all babies.
Activity Table – I love how this opens up into a table. Although not so great to save space, it’s another great way for children to play that are able to stand on their own that no longer need the support. I still feel safer leaving it at the “center” stage because although my daughter is able to stand fairly well, I don’t want to risk her falling over it or it falling on her. It slips very easily floors that do not have carpet.
This Evenflo ExerSaucer is for newborn to 24 months with a max height 30 inches. You can find these for many different prices online. Do you research on prices before you buy them. The best price we were able to find in a store was from $89.99 with the most expensive being $199.99. Do you best to do research on the pricing. Although you get a good quality product from Evenflo, finding it at a bargain is always best.
