I have been using pampers sensitive since it first came out but a "newer" version came out. So what is new? It appears that there is a new picture on the front of the diaper, they are thinner feeling not as soft as before and feel as though they are from the economy box. If you don't know there are three different grades of pampers 1) economy, 2) swaddlers, 3) sensitive. They have also started to decrease the amount of diapers per box but charge the same amount which means more money per diaper. Overall I am not satisfied with this new version. I may just switch to swaddlers to save some money since there doesn't seem to be much of a difference beside the color. The swaddlers sometimes you may notice a perfume scent but with sensitive it does not. So two stars given for their pampers design holding leaks and being long, no scent for sensitive skin but deducting a stars for price, cheaper feel to new design, even the new picture isn't as cute.

just about finishing my first box of this updated version. Have the diapers fluffed up after being out of package? no they still feel like the cheapest version of economy diapers and are super thin maybe thinner than their economy one. This new design is different even though they say it is not. My daughter hardly ever leaked with the old version and this new one she leaks a few times everyday of poop. I am going to switch diaper brands now because of this new design because I am not going to pay MORE money for fewer diapers that are of inferior quality AND have to do MORE laundry. I wish I could show potential buyers the differences between the diapers with a video but technology is limited at this house. Please dont buy new version of sensitive diapers potential buyers! I am going to cancel all my future shipments for this newer version. I am also deducting another star for not having the function of diapers of holding in the poop as it previously had.

We've been using Pampers Swaddlers since the day our son was born. Once he went to size 4, we switched to the Pampers Sensitive Swaddlers because there were no normal Swaddlers for sale. We loved the older (pre Oct 2013) version of these diapers. Here are the changes you should know about with the new diapers.
1) Thinner - The diapers are just thinner. Even after they have settled out of the box, they are noticeably thinner than before.
2) Not as soft - This applies to both the outside and the inside. The outside is just a bit rougher now than before. The inside is where things are much more noticeable. The areas that are not covered by the absorbent material are rough now. It may be a side effect of the new mesh lining. Either way, the back and belly areas are rougher than before by a noticeable amount.
3) Different mesh lining - The weave of the mesh has MUCH larger holes than the old mesh. On the "wet" areas that are absorbent, this could be an okay thing. They had these on the basic Swaddlers and it worked okay for us. However, it does lower than softness around the sensitive areas for sure. It also affects the side walls that keep things in which could be a problem for some.
4) Leaks/Containment/Dryness - So far we have not had any issues with these from a leaking standpoint. It is still early though. Dryness seems to be okay.
5) Rips/Tears - We have used over 1000 of the OLD version of the Pamper Sensitive Swaddlers and had 1 single tear on a fastener tab. We have used about 50 of the new ones and my son has already torn one.
Overall, I am deeply saddened that Pampers and Proctor and Gamble did this to a fantastic product. If they would have reduced the total count and left the design the same, I would have groaned and moaned a bit, but got over it. But to raise the price AND lower the quality of the product is unacceptable. This is now just another economy diaper like the rest, just without a scent. This should be Pampers top of the line diaper for kids with sensitive skin. This does not represent that at all.

This is the new Pampers Swaddlers sensitive meaning new diaper design(picture on the front) and material not in a good way. It's thinner than older pampers which did not absorb as much/fast as the old one for my kid. Also, after wearing it for couple hours, I saw some fuzzes stuck to the bottom of my baby which did not happen for the older model. I wish I can get more of the older one.... I would gladly pay for the better diaper but this is not it. I am planning to switch to Costco diaper now.
